healthy and FRESH Food Parcels

FRESH START FOOD PROGRAM

The Fresh Start Food Program is available to anyone living in the Greater Brisbane North and North West areas who is experiencing hardship or distress. This includes specified suburbs north of the river, extending up to Narangba (excluding postcodes 4000-4006). Please click below to see the list of eligible suburbs.

How it works

A Fresh Start Program membership allows any household residing in the eligible catchment area to six (6) parcels within a calendar year, with a minimum of one (1) month between each parcel collection. Each time you collect your food parcel, a contribution of $5 will be required.

If it is your first time coming to see us, please bring identification & proof of address i.e. Drivers Licence, Health Care Card, Recent Bill, Rental Agreement.

Parcels are available for collection during open hours, no appointment needed.
Please bring along an insulated bag for your cold items if you have one (it helps us to reduce the amount of plastic we use & the impact we have on the environment).
